MINUTES for November 13, 2007 were approved.

 

PRESENTATIONS: BOARD & COMMITTEE REPORTS

Board of Supervisors has approved the plan for Evergreen Ridge and denied and tabled the plan for Oak Grove Manor.

Planning Commission held a meeting on the transportation plan update.  The next step is to put in place impact fees

for developers.

Parks and Rec will wait until spring to put up a permanent wetlands exhibit at Skyline Commons.

Safety Advisory Board – no report

Township Manager -  no report

Zoning Officer – no report

BUSINESS

West Hanover Big Trees List – The Council members discussed details of a plan for next year’s inventory and registry

of outstanding trees, which will become an on-going project. Citizens may photograph and record facts about the trees

and this may become a township contest.  Criteria for selecting the trees and judging the photographs are needed.

EAC evaluation – members discussed the accomplishments, needs, and goals of the Council .
