V. PRESENTATIONS/REPORTS
A. Baseball- No report
B. Ped Path- Mr. Mesoros requested that the Park and Recreation Coordinator mail out the list of 5 projects that were selected by Park & Rec. Board to the members of the ped path committee. (Mr. Mesoras, Mike Geppert, Bob Garland and Rick Bolt) There will be a PED PATH meeting at 6:30pm on March 21, 2007, prior to Park & Rec. Board meeting.
C.
Fall Fest- The 2007 Fall Fest committee had a
meeting on Monday February 5 at 6:00pm. The committee is in the process of
mailing out Business donation letters.
VII. APPROVAL
OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Ms. Turns, seconded by Ms.Young, to
approve the minutes of January 17,, 2007 with corrections. The motion passed unanimously.

Teener Concession Stand- Check Insurance for upgrade of Teener
Concession stand.
