II.             PUBLIC COMMENTS

Mr. Hoffman lives at 317 Short Street, he came before the Park and Recreation Board asking for more trees to be planted along his property. The Board suggested that Mr. Hoffman plant some trees on his property or install a fence. Another option suggested from the board was for Mr. Hoffman to buy a couple of trees and the Park and Recreation Board would plant them in the park as a memorial. The Park and Recreation Board feels we have already spent our allotted budget amount for this project. There was a motion made by Mrs. Turns, seconded by Mr. Rogers to wait until after the Park and Recreation Board meeting in October, the Board will meet at Skyline Park at 6:00pm and walk the park, then continue the meeting at the Township building at 7:00pm. After the Board walks the park they will contact Mr. Hoffman by letter with their decision.  The motion passed unanimously.
