I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Chairman Zeiters. New member Terry Bailey was introduced and welcomed to the Planning Commission.

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Mr. Moyer moved, seconded by Mr. Wingeard to approve the December 18, 2003 regular meeting minutes. The motion passed unanimously.

Amend the section of the workshop minutes under BE district – remove statement “includes current IE district. Ms. Buskirk moved, seconded by Mr. Wingeard to approve the January 14, 2004 workshop meeting with corrections. The motion passed unanimously.
