A. NIMS Compliance
by Township – (National Incident Management System) Mr. McCahan reported he is working on what is
needed for compliance by the Township.
The training courses can be completed on line. There are two levels of courses; the 700
level is for everyone and the 800 level must be completed by all first
responders. Mr. McCahan suggested a
group training session. The Township
must enact an ordinance that they accept NIMS.
B. Traffic Light
Timing: Rt 22 &
Motion: Mr. Gross moved, seconded by Mr. Garland, to
recommend to the Board of Supervisors that the timing to the light at Rt 22 and

hydrants existing at the entrance and adjacent to units 108 and 87 are
satisfactory. The other 3 hydrants
exceed 650’. Add hydrants between lots

both the inner and outer end of the boulevard should be 45’ instead of 25’ to
accommodate emergency vehicles.
3. 14’ cartway width is not adequate to
properly setup emergency aerial apparatus.
