A.    HRG- Exit 77 Design – Mr. Beachy from HRG engineering presented the preliminary signage and pavement marking plans for Exit 77.

By consensus the PSAB members were pleased with the improvements and offered the following concerns:

·       Maintain the existing “no left turn” restriction at Fairville Avenue (by the Public Works Building)

·       There should be “No Right Hand Turn” for Trucks at the intersection of Rt. 39/Jonestown Road.  There should also be some type of sign indicating that there is NO access to Pilot from Jonestown Road.  It was felt this intersection should be accessed further for safety.  It was also suggested a unique directional sign for businesses be installed in this area, specifically for Pilot and C & S Grocers.
