Survey & Update Ordinances for Speed Limit Signs – HRG to conduct
engineering study.

PRESENTATIONS, STAFF/BOARD REPORTS
A. HRG- Exit 77 Design – Mr. Beachy from HRG engineering presented the
preliminary signage and pavement marking plans for Exit 77.
By consensus the PSAB members were
pleased with the improvements and offered the following concerns:
· Maintain the existing “no left turn” restriction
at
· There should be “No Right Hand Turn” for Trucks
at the intersection of Rt. 39/Jonestown Road.
There should also be some type of sign indicating that there is NO access to Pilot from
