CALL TO ORDER – 6:40 p.m.

BUSINESS

A. In the absence of the Chairman, Mr. Rimer took the liberty to start the meeting informally by taking role and reviewing the previous months meeting notes.

B. Mr. Rimer provided a brief follow-up report on the Appleby Road speed concerns from the previous meeting, indicating that a more comprehensive review is needed on road speed limits and that he would be seeking approval from the BOS to move forward on a study and codification of this and other notable streets.

F Plan Reviews

The remainder of the meeting the PSAB reviewed and discussed four (4) development plans submitted to the Township for review and approval that included:

1. Holy Name of Jesus Subdivision

2. Holy Name of Jesuse Church and School Land Development

3. Lexington Woods Residential Condominium Development

4. Car Wash Land Development

General comments from the PSAB have been sent on separate memo to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors for review and consideration.
