Magisterial District Court Number 12-3-05 is located at 7810 Allentown Blvd in West Hanover Township.  Although the district court resides in the West Hanover Township, this district actually covers three townships:

• South Hanover Township
• East Hanover Township
• West Hanover Township

All criminal cases, including traffic citations, and all civil cases $8000 and less, occurring in these townships are handled at the District Justice office.  These cases will result in a preliminary hearing to establish if sufficient evidence exists to initiate further judicial action at the County Court of Common Please.  The District Justice Office and district court is the first level court in the Unified Court System of Pennsylvania.  If the Justice decides that the offense should be handled by a higher court, it will then be passed

Along with addressing court cases, the District Justice office also serves in an official capacity to and presides over many weddings, which are handled on weekdays.  All events, hearings and court cases are scheduled by the Court at the number below.
