Township Meeting Schedule

The Township has a variety of Board and Commissions that meet to deliberate over Township business and to provide recommendations and decisions in accordance with each body's intent and purpose.  The listing below outlines all regularly scheduled meetings.  In accordance with the PA Sunshine Law, any additional or change in meeting schedule will be publicly advertised and announced to ensure the public is kept aware of public activities.  Meeting minutes are also available for many of the Boards on the Meeting Minutes page.

 

Board or Commission

Regularly Scheduled Meeting Times
 
Board of Supervisors 
1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00PM.
Workshops are reserved from 6:00PM to 7:00PM before regular meetings and on the 2nd Monday of each month.  Other meetings and times may be called as needed following public notice. 
   
Planning Commission 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00PM when planning applications or business is being discussed.
 
Park and Recreation Board 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00PM.  A workshop meeting night is reserved for the 2nd Wednesday of each month, which may be called as needed.   
 
West Hanover Water and Sewer Authority 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM when business is being discussed.
 
Zoning Hearing Board 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30PM when zoning hearing applications or business is being discussed.
 
Public Safety Advisory Board 1st Thursday of each month at 6:30PM.  Other meetings may be called as needed following public notice.  
 
Building Code Board of Appeals On an as needed basis, following public notice
