Rules and Regulations for Park Use

Please Read Carefully

  1. Park Hours: Dawn to Dusk (lighted ball fields/courts until 10 p.m.)
     
  2. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. No person shall be under the influence of intoxicating alcohol or drugs.
  3. All pets must be on leash. Owners must clean up all animal waste deposited by their pets.
  4. No gambling is permitted.
  5. Place all refuse in containers provided.
  6. Any defacement, removal or damage of any park property will be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.
  7. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited.
  8. Profane language is prohibited.
  9. All concessions must have written permission from the Park and Recreation Coordinator.
  10. No person shall hunt, trap or pursue wildlife in any park at any time.
  11. In case of inclement weather you may reschedule your event by calling the township office at 652-4841.
  12. Motorized vehicles - Speed limit is 5 mph. Parking is permitted in designated areas only.  Washing and repair of vehicles is prohibited. Only licensed vehicles with licensed operators are permitted. No ATV's mini-bikes off-road vehicles, motorcycles, or snowmobiles are permitted.
  13. Only charcoal is permitted in park grills and fireplaces.
  14. Public meetings or rallies of groups of more than 20 persons require special permission of the Parks and Recreation Board.
